Job Title: Interior Design Expeditor

Purpose:
The expeditor is responsible for the timely and accurate ordering, tracking, and delivery of materials and products for interior design projects. The expeditor works closely with the operations manager, designers, and vendors to ensure that all project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
- Order materials and products from vendors in accordance with project specifications.
- Track the status of orders and shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Communicate with vendors and project team members to resolve any issues.
- File claims and follow through to completion of resolution.
- Monthly client status reports of all ordered items.
- Coordinate delivery and installation of materials and products with design and warehouse teams

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong organizational, time management skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Interior Design processes, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Title: Kate Marker Home and Interiors Marketing Manager

Purpose:
To strategize, organize, manage and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products and services.

Role:
This role will lead a small, agile team and be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Kate Marker Home's brand vision and business objectives
- Lead the creation of marketing materials such as email campaigns, social media content, website copy, and advertising materials
- Manage the company's social media presence, including developing content calendars, managing community engagement, and analyzing social media metrics to measure success
- Collaborate with the Kate Marker Interiors team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the website and retail locations
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as influencers, publishers, and agencies
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered within the allocated budget
- Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that align with the Kate Marker Home brand vision

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-end retail or home decor environment
- Experience leading a small team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform marketing decisions
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Passionate about design, home decor, and lifestyle trends
- Experience working with Shopify and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Job Title: Director of Retail and Business Development

Purpose:
To ensure every aspect of Kate Marker Home is achieving key results that are aligned with Kate’s vision and goals and that the brand is delivering a world-class experience online and in-store.

Role:
- This role is accountable for every aspect of the store's performance both in person and online, as well as growing the brand through key collaborations, product assortment and service offerings.
- Manage all efforts by the company's team, strategically planning and launching new products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Co-creating and implementing a sales/business development strategy that supports the company's overall growth goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, vendors and KMH clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting market research and staying current on industry trends and adapting the sales and business development strategy as needed.
- Overseeing/managing quarterly sales events as key revenue drivers.
- Executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Collaborating with the KMH team and the Kate Marker Interiors team to ensure a seamless customer experience when applicable.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Building and maintaining a positive company reputation and promoting the brand in a professional manner.

- Proficient in using tools necessary for the creation of reports and presentations for the stakeholders, and collaborating departments.
