The entire team at Kate Marker Home and Kate Marker Interiors is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. We believe that quality is of the utmost importance, which is why we only work with trusted partners to ensure that our products are made with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. We appreciate you being here and allowing us to be a part of your home.

Returns
Here at KMH, we take pride in our one-of-a-kind, artisan, and curated pieces. As such, we cannot accept returns on many of our products due to their made-to-order nature. However, we understand that concerns may arise, and our customer service specialist is always available at help@katemarkerhome.com to address them.

We currently DO NOT accept returns on the following items:

  • Furniture, Lighting, Art, & Mirrors
  • KMH Fabric by the Yard
  • Curtains & Hardware
  • Vintage/One-Of-A-Kind pieces
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Section
  • Items purchased with coupon codes offering a discount of 30% or more

We do, however, accept returns on accessories, decor, vintage rugs, select accent furniture (small side tables, stools, etc.), and other select items within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging.

To determine if a piece is "in-stock," please check the individual product description. Items listed as "shipping directly from the vendor" are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Information
To return your product(s), please contact our customer service team at hello@katemarkerhome.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and previously incurred shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item(s) are damaged or incorrect.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, we will process a credit to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank to post the refunded amount.

Exchanges / Damaged Goods Policy
In the unlikely event that you notice any damages upon receiving your order, please contact us at hello@katemarkerhome.com within 7 days. Please provide photo documentation, and our team will promptly work to resolve any issues.

We are always available to address any questions or concerns you may have. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at hello@katemarkerhome.com before shipping your product back to us.

Claims
In the rare event that you encounter any issues with your furniture, lighting, art, or custom order, please use this form to submit your claims. Claims must be submitted within seven days of of your delivery. Claims form: https://wkf.ms/3GqmwwI

Shipping
For in-stock items, our warehouse works to ship orders out within two business days. For custom pieces shipping varies and can be located in the item description.

International Shipping: We are currently only able to ship to the United States and Canada.

Canada Orders: We proudly offer a diverse range of home accessories, in-stock rugs, and lighting fixtures, all of which are available for shipping to our valued customers in Canada.

Backorders
We are dedicated to providing you with accurate inventory and shipping information. In rare situations that may cause changes to our estimated shipping times, rest assured that our team is working hard to expedite the shipment of your order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to a backorder. Our fulfillment partner immediately receives and confirms custom orders, so we are unable to process cancellations.

The delivery times for shipments can be modified based on factors such as product availability, demand, and your chosen delivery location. It's important to note that custom orders cannot be canceled due to shipping delays.

In the event of an anticipated delay, one of our team members will contact you before initiating the order with the vendor. You'll have a window of 2 business days to address any concerns or make decisions before our team proceeds with the order placement.

Gifts
If you receive an item marked as a gift that was shipped directly to you and decide to return it, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail or email a gift certificate to you.

Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations as our fulfillment partner immediately receives and confirms custom orders.

Price Adjustments
Please note that we do not offer price adjustments for sales or coupons. Additionally, certain services, such as In-Home Styling and Designer Trade are excluded from additional promotions. We do not combine discounts. Thank you for your understanding.
