All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
In-Store Pickup
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 4 pm at our designer warehouse location:

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for in-stock furniture, lighting, art, and mirrors. Please email hello@katemarkerhome.com for serviced areas and rates.
International Shipping
Please email hello@katemarkerhome.com with your shipping address and desired items for availability and rates if you reside outside of the Contiguous United States.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. If you notice your address has been entered incorrectly, please email us as soon as possible at hello@katemarkerhome.com. We cannot guarantee address changes can be applied before your product(s) have shipped.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Kate Marker Home accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date on small accessories and vintage rugs. Please see our full return policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@katemarkerhome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
