• The KMI design team will spend 2-4 weeks on design boards. Once presented to the client we ask for a 1 week turnaround time for feedback from the client.
• The KMH team will work in developing a product list for your project. we request a payment of a $5k retainer per room that is applied to product purchases.
• Products that will be sourced, delivered to the warehouse that will include a 15% flat rate fee that applies to all products, and a 3% credit card processing fee if paid online.
• When all products are received, a White Glove delivery will be scheduled to your home. you will be responsible for the delivery and storage fees if necessary.
