Bring the Kate Marker touch to your home with our In-Home Styling Service, designed to refresh and elevate your spaces with thoughtfully curated pieces from our collection.

How It Works

Start with a $250 Kick-Off Call fee, which will be applied toward your final styling fee. During this personalized video consultation, we’ll:

• Determine the number of rooms to style and finalize your fee.
• Review your budget and estimate your total spend based on square footage and room count.
• Refine your aesthetic to ensure your home reflects you while embracing the Kate Marker signature style.

After the consultation, our expert stylists hand-select furniture, rugs, lighting, and accessories tailored to your budget and preferences. On installation day, we bring it all together—styling each space to perfection.

Styling Fees

• One Room: $750
• Two Rooms: $1,500
• Three Rooms: $2,000
• Each Additional Room: $500
• Small Space (Entryway, Powder Bath, etc.): $250

Product Minimum: $2,500
This ensures a thoughtfully curated selection of furniture, lighting, and accessories that bring your space to life. Our team will work closely with you to make selections that align with your style and budget.

• A curated selection of Kate Marker Home pieces available for purchase, including furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
• Full styling and placement by KMH/KMI design associates.
  Note: This package does not include concept boards or floor plans. All products are priced individually, and discounts and promotions do not apply to purchases made through in-home styling.
  

Timeline & What to Expect on Styling Day

• A KMH stylist will contact you within 48 business hours of booking to schedule a virtual walk-through.
• Installations typically take place 2-3 weeks after the consultation is completed.
• The $2,500 product deposit is due 24 hours before installation.
• Our team arrives with all hand-selected pieces, ready to transform your space.
• We carefully place and style each piece, ensuring the perfect balance of function and aesthetics.
• Items will remain in your home for up to 48 hours, giving you time to experience the refreshed space.
• Within that time, you’ll receive an invoice detailing the price of each item in your home.
• After 48 hours, our team will pick up any items you choose not to keep and adjust your invoice accordingly.
• Once you receive your final invoice, payment is due within 48 hours.

Available within 45 miles of Barrington, IL. Travel fees apply for locations beyond this range.
