The cost of our Small-Scope and Full-Service Design packages varies depending on the project's scope and your location. Factors such as the level of stylist and designer involvement, whether it's a refresh or a larger remodel, will influence the final cost.

We provide custom quotes after an initial consultation to ensure the cost aligns with your specific requirements and budget.

Our design services typically include:

• A curated selection of Kate Marker Home pieces & our extensive trusted trade network available for purchase (furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, accessories).
• Full styling and placement by KMI designers or stylists.
• The scope will vary depending on the project needs, but generally, a small scope would include paint selections, lighting, furniture, rugs, wall coverings, window treatments, bedding/pillows, art, and accessories.
• Minor construction work as needed. (The Small scope would only cover flooring/tile or plumbing if a minor construction project, like a bathroom, was taking place.)
• Collaborative meetings to check in throughout the project to coincide with project milestones.
• The total number of home visits from KMH/KMI design associates will be included in contract
